I Wish I Had No One Around

“When I have no one around to tell me I can’t. I have always done Mysterious things”.

Inspiring poem by Bijay Gautam:

I had dreamed to fly higher when there was no one around,
To tell me I will fall apart and will not be able to even crawl,

I had dreamed to dive deep into the sea when there was no one around,
To tell me shark will rip me off from top to the bottom,

I had dreamed to explore the world on my own when there was no one around,
To tell me I will be lost in the crowd,

I had dreamed to chase the sun when there was no one around,
To tell me I will get burnt to death,

I had dreamed until there was someone around,
To tell me I can’t; even before I began.

And,

I stopped dreaming when all I heard was I couldn’t do,

I stopped dreaming when all I heard was I would fail,

I believed I can neither soar nor sail, when they were around,

At the death bed,

I remorse for not chasing the sun and still dying,

I regret for not getting ripped off by shark rather than dying with guilt

I wish I had no one around…..
