In today’s world, we all are distracted to some extent. Some of us are severely distracted and we barely get to accomplish anything in a day. While the rest of us are struggling to be more productive and focus on our work.
We often blame the technology and never-ending notifications and feeds of our social media platforms. But my guest today, Nir Eyal, A Wall Street Journal Best-selling Author of the book, Hooked argues that your phone is not the cause for distraction. It’s something else. It’s within us.
